OCEMS Registration procedure

Following is the URL for OCEMS compliance reporting protocol, where you could submit the information to CPCB.

assetlogiciq.com old user mail id is the user id For OCEMS and RTDMS you should updated by using forgot mail id.

1. First step RTDMS reset the password through this link.

2. If you not registered in RTDMS than register in to RTDMS as new user.

3. Second step you should update user and device details (eg.. Flow meter details, Camera details & vendor details etc) in RTDMS than submit it.

4. Third step OCEMS's reset the password by clicking forgot password through this link use RTDMS mail id.

5. Than Create a new password for OCEMS and login to the ocems protocol portal.

6. 17 category registered industry code list.

7. Fill in all the details, where ever applicable to your plant.

8. Submit the details.

9. If any issues occurs while Login, User dose not exists. Please request a mail to cems.cpcb@nic.in & aditya.cpcb@nic.in.

CPCB Vendor & Server switch over procedure

Switchover letter (Find sample document) on company letter head should be mail from industry mail id to cems.cpcb@nic.in and aditya.cpcb@nic.in

1. Switchover letter

2. Switchover letter on company letter head.

3. Recevied mail from CPCB.

4. Entaire old DATA from previous vendor.

5. Acknowledgment print from http://cpcbrtdms.nic.in/cpcbIndustryRegistration/

6. Consent Order from the local State pollution Board.

7. Fill the Plant Information Form for CPCB Approval.

For Revocation

Listed documents should be mail to cems.cpcb@nic.in, aditya.cpcb@nic.in and hard copies to Authorized Department in Parivesh Bhawan, CBD-cum-Office Complex East Arjun Nagar, DELHI - 110 032, INDIA

1. Self-Certificate.

2. Response letter on company letter head.

3. Copy of Closer notice issued by CPCB.

4. Acknowledgment print from http://cpcbrtdms.nic.in/cpcbIndustryRegistration/

5. Consent Order from the local State pollution Board.

6. Completion letter, Screen shots and Credentials of vendor online data portal.

PROCEDURE FOR CEMS / CETP NEW STATION APPROVALS FROM CPCB

A) First Register your industry in the follow th procedure

Steps for registration at http://cpcbrtdms.nic.in/cpcbIndustryRegistration/

1. Provide an email id and mobile number for registration.

2. A link to create the password would be sent to the email id.

3. Click on the link to create a password.

4. Then login with your email id and password and fill in the details.

5. Kindly Save the details and do not Submit it.

6. Share the credentials to us.

B) If already Registered industry in the follow the procedure (Request for Edit Option)

Steps for registration at http://cpcbrtdms.nic.in/cpcbIndustryRegistration/

1. Provide an email id and password for login.

2. If industry want to update the details, industry should ask edit option Requesting by a mail

To cems.cpcb@nic.in and CC to aditya.cpcb@nic.in

3. Click on the link to create a password.

4. Then login with your email id and password and fill in the details.

5. Kindly Save the details and do not Submit it.

6. Share the credentials to us.

C) Fill the Plant Information Form for CPCB Approval.

Plant Information Form

Fill all the details as mentioned below:

1. Station Name: Name of the Station which is being Monitored. eg.,Evaporator_INLET_FLOW , Boiler_Stack1_8T_Boiler , ETP_ INLET,etc

2. Process attached:- Exact Location which is being monitored as per CTO for e.g., EVP INLET,Boiler_ Stack_20Mtstack, ETP _INLET at Bulk Drug process

3. Parameter Monitored:- which parameter is being monitored eg, flow, sox nox pH TSS etc.

4. Device Id: Analyser serial number / camera serial no.

5. Device Make: Company name of the Analyser/ camera

6. Device Model: Model no. of the Device

7. Certified Agency: Which agency has certified the Device. For e.g, TUV, MCERTS, USEPA

8. Fill all the listed details - Plant, industry type, CPCB code, SPCB Resonal office, contact persons etc

C) Then attach the latest and first Consent Order from the local State pollution Board. And send all this details to our mail id.
